Vision Improvement

Vision Improvement Review

Many people have been wondering if it is indeed possible to improve your vision through a combination of eye exercise and relaxation techniques.

There are those who claim that this is very well possible and that they have done it.

I myself have achieved limited success with my very limited attempts at making it work. Unfortunately, because consistence is the key, I have lost out on this as well. It's kind of a bummer. If I want the results I have to do the work. Sorry, no free rides. Possible: Yes. Easy, perhaps not so easy

Book Update

Some may be wondering when my book What You Should Know about Gum Disease is going to be available on Amazon and Barnes & Nobels websites.

It should be soon. You can still sign up for notification at the above website.

The hold up is that the book is in the hands of an editor and the book designer and it is not certain how long they will take to make it all public.

Then, there are always marketing considerations. You have to have a game plan to market the book, but I guess that is another story. You also have to make it possible for others to market you book or product as well!

The bottom line is that writing a book and getting it published requires more work than you might think. The process isn't something that I can completely control. There are many people involved. Sure, I could get pushy about it, but I prefer to let things take their natural course.

I do make changes from time to time during this whole process. I am able to do so because things are not being done in a rushed manner. I'd rather see it come out right.

Even so, it will take time, a bit more time.....

Vision Improvement and Eye Exercises

I've currently been documenting my use of a vision improvement plan daily.

I'm up to day 15. I'm definitely committed to at least 30 days and may consider doing even longer.

I'm documenting my vision improvement journey in the form of a blog.

If you've ever been interested in improving your vision , you can read my daily journal to see what kind of obstacles and problems I've run into as well as my results:
